Restoring Vision  at Nakuru Campus 

Mount Kenya University – Nakuru Campus was a beneficiary of free eye screening conducted by Essilor Luxottica, an organization that offers eye screening and correction services in Kenya. Under the banner , the organization representatives camped in Nakuru Campus between 20 and 21 February 2020 to offer free eye screening services to the Campus fraternity.

Led by the Campus Director, a total of 252 students and staff were screened. The organization also offered eye glasses at subsidized prices; and those that requested for the eyeglasses would receive them 10 working days after the screening. Staff and students present for the exercise expressed their pleasure at having the crucial service brought to their door step for free.
