Notice to 22nd Graduation Ceremony Potential Graduands
On behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate, wishes to inform all our esteemed graduands who have qualified for conferment of degree and various University Awards, that the 22nd Graduation ceremony will be physical at the MKU graduation pavilion (Thika, Landless) on Friday, the 9th of December, 2022.
All prospective graduands should note the following:
- The list of those who have been cleared by the university for graduation including finance office will be posted on the University Website by Friday, the 21st of October, 2022.
- The deadline for clearance with all departments will be on the 4th of November, 2022. Only candidates who will have been cleared by the University Senate and Finance Office will appear in the final list and in the graduation booklet.
- Any student who has met all the requirements for graduation but will be missing in the list of graduands should write to the respective Dean of School/Head of Department/ Coordinator by Monday, the 24th of October, 2022.
- Candidates are advised to confirm the spellings and orders of names by the 5th of November, 2022. Any request for change of spelling and order of names should be done by writing to Registrar, Academic Administration (registration@mku.ac.ke) by the said date. A copy of the KCSE Certificate will be required when making the request.
