1. Completion of course work (1 year) for coursework and examination option or Presentation of concept paper seminar for Ph.D by research only option
2. Supervisor allocation and proposal development
3. Departmental research proposal seminar presentation
4. School research proposal seminar presentation
5. Clearance for data collection
6. Research in progress seminar
7. Thesis examination
8. Board of examiner’s meeting
9. Publications from thesis research work
10. Submission of final copy of thesis

MASTER BY THESIS

1. Completion of course work
2. Supervisor allocation and proposal development
3. Research proposal seminar presentation
4. Clearance for data collection

MASTER BY PROJECT

NOTE

1. Master’s by project students are required to submit their projects for examination to the relevant HOD after data collection and upon clearance by the supervisors
2. For those expecting to graduate in December 2023, your work MUST be cleared by the Directorate of Graduate Studies by 31^st October 2023
