
The school of business and economics received visitors representing “ The Global Foundation for Education and Economic Mobility, Inc.”, this is a United States-based nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering cross-border educational and economic opportunities between African and American communities. The event was attended by School of Business and Economics students and Lecturers who were led by their dean Dr. Phelistas Njeru
Their current focus is to foster “Live from Africa” Entrepreneurship Innovation.
The guest speakers included Madam Dominique Simpson Milton, Chief Engagement Officer, CVMSDC and Quinetha Frasier, Chief Executive Officer. Both guests delivered Keynote speech and had an interactive mastermind session with our students and staff. The session, titled “Building Bridges: Creating Opportunities, Scaling Success,” this provided us with invaluable insights into building cross-border business relationships and accessing international markets.
