- The registration of suppliers for all categories are open to all.
- Youths, women and persons living with disabilities are encouraged to participate and provide an up-to-date AGPO certificate.
The supplier registration exercise will be conducted online via Supplier Registration Portal: https://eprocurement.mku.ac.ke/ .Interested eligible bidders may access the registration of suppliers’ portal free of charge.
In addition, interested bidders are also required to register by sending their company name and contacts details to procurementdepartment@mku.ac.ke under the Email subject “Registration of Supplier’ (Name of Company).In case of any inquiry kindly contact the procurement department through +254 724 204 209
The online supplier registration exercise closes on 18th March, 2026 at 10.00 a.m. EAT., The opening exercise will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of bidding firm’s representatives (optional attendance) at the main campus-Thika, Senate Boardroom, Alumni Plaza 11th floor.
All participants who duly complete the registration of supplier’s process online will be notified of the outcome.
Only shortlisted firms will be requested to provide competitive quotations for goods, services/ works listed above as and when needed. Late bids shall not be considered.
Mount Kenya University reserves the rights to accept or reject any bid in whole or part at its discretion.
